•Sponsored FREE family fun events (Bingo Night, Cookies with Santa, Art Show)

•Purchased supplies for special events like Birthday club, Red Ribbon Week, Student of the Quarter, Reading in Winter Wonderland, field day, and kindergarten camp.

•Sponsored iMoms and All-Pro Dads monthly morning meetings.

•Created and compiled the school yearbook.

•Recognized VES Staff monthly through Staff Appreciation days and planned a special recognition week in May.

•Provided hospitality for events, including the Great American Teach-In, Kindergarten Breakfast, FCAT, and 5th Grade party.

•Lobbied for improvements to the traffic conditions around the school, including a traffic safety officer.

•Promoted school achievements, classroom projects and special events through press releases, website, marketing, and emails to the community.
